Okay, so yesterday did not go according to plan and truthfully, this morning isn’t either. I really had planned on being way more productive yesterday and so far this morning and things keep popping up – distractions really. Yesterday, I had to take the Wildcat to her first dentist appointment and because she was so very good, I rewarded her with eating lunch out. Then I figured while I was out, I’d run a couple of errands. So by the time I finished all that it was time to pick Keegan up from school. Then homework. Then dinner. Then bath & bedtime routines. And quite frankly, I ran out of steam way earlier last night than intended.
And this morning….. I had intended on taking Keegan to school, running since I failed to squeeze it in yesterday, finish laundry & unpacking along with getting started on cleaning the house. So far, I’ve managed to get Keegan to school, take some pics, process said pics, play on Facebook & Twitter. {SIGH} But I am happy with the pics. Many of these are SOOC (straight out of the camera). And you’ll see, I got carried away playing with bokeh. Couldn’t help myself. So bear with my bokeh….

I finally reeled myself back in from the bokeh frenzy. I couldn’t help it. The morning sun was just to perfect. This bush, grass, whatever it is was actually on my neighbor’s property but very close to our fence. I didn’t think they would mind if I used it for a few pics. I’d been eyeing it for a good while. These were fun for me – except it was cold!

Girl, it seems all my days are busy lately. I need a vacation from life. LOL! Thank you! And bokeh is that blurry background with all the different shapes of the sunflare.
The sunflare in these photos is G.O.R.G.E.O.U.S.

What beautiful light!! And don’t worry…I found myself in a crazy bokeh frenzy over Christmas. The lights on the tree=bokeh photo heaven.
Love that first shot!!

thanks, girl! Yes, these were fun for me – it had been a while since getting excited over pics like this. LOL – just too much other stuff going on, I guess. I’m very ready for summer break and not having to take kids here or there. Just being home and get a little extra play time.

Okay lady- these are STUNNING!!!!!!!! Play with bokeh all you like- no complaints here! Hope things calm a bit- I know all too well right now that those changes to the routine are a pain in the rear end. Funny how a few little tweaks can turn the world upside-down.

And I am SO upside down. I just can’t seem to get back to some sort of schedule. I am sitting here now struggling with the fact that it’s already after 10am. Where did my morning go???? {SIGH} And thank you so much! These were definitely fun and put a little spring in my step.
I’m a bokeh fan too, you can never have enough, especially the sun flare.
I have to agree with you. Thanks so much, girl!

Very happy you hopped over. Thanks again!

Your sun-on-grass photos are wonderful. Very early-morning in feeling. I do love the bokeh.
